• All work will be free of spelling and other clerical errors
• All documents filed with the court will meet court mandated standards & rules for form and presentation
• We will maintain a complete case file available for your access. At your request, we will provide you with electronic or paper copies of your documents free of charge

Timeliness

• All work will be completed on or before the stated deadline
• At your request, we can maintain a schedule of important dates in your case

Accuracy in Billing

• All fees will be stated in writing before work begins
• All fees will be approved by the client. There are never any "hidden" costs
• You will receive a clear and written accounting of all fees incurred and money paid

Privacy

• All client information is strictly confidential
• Client information will never be shared with a third party for marketing or other non-case related reasons

Integrity

• We will never agree to more than we can deliver. Once again, if your work is not to standard and on time we will give you your money back
• We will always conduct ourselved in accordance with the LDP Code of Conduct given in Subsection J Section 208 of the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration

• There are never any consultation fees, and we are always happy to offer what information we can, free of charge
